XM RADIO ONLINE NOW AVAILABLE THROUGH WINDOWS XP MEDIA CENTER EDITION 2005
XM and Microsoft to demonstrate XM Radio Online at 2005 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas January 6-9
Las Vegas, Nev. and Washington D.C., January 05, 2005 -- XM Satellite Radio (NASDAQ: XMSR), the nation's leading provider of satellite radio with more than 3.2 million subscribers, is now offering its wide variety of commercial-free music and other exclusive XM programs through Microsoft's Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005.
XM's premium Internet radio service XM Radio Online is now available as a feature of the Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 Online Spotlight. XM Radio Online, which launched in October 2004, is also available through the Windows Media Player 10 Digital Media Mall.
XM Radio Online offers 75 channels, including all of XM's commercial-free music channels, four online-only music channels, exclusive comedy and children's programming, "The Bob Edwards Show" from XM's public radio channel, and the popular talk radio duo Opie and Anthony.
XM Radio Online will be on display at the Microsoft and XM Satellite Radio booths at the 2005 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

XM Radio Online subscribers listen to XM over the Internet for a monthly fee of $7.99. XM Satellite Radio subscribers receive a discounted rate for XM Radio Online of $3.99 a month.
